Yin
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time. Yin yoga is designed to rid the body of tension and stress. All levels welcome.
Hatha
Hatha is taught at a relaxed pace, giving time and space in each asana to deliberately tone, elongate, and create awareness throughout your body. Hatha Yoga restores balance to the body and mind. All levels welcome.
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa is dynamic style of yoga coordinating movement with breath, creating a flow like rhythm to the yoga class. Vinyasa focuses on building strength and flexibility in the mind and body. All levels welcome.
VinYan
The first half of the class focuses on building strength and flexibility by coordinating movement with breath, creating a flow like rhythm. The second half is designed to rid the body of tension and stress holding postures, or asanas, for longer periods of time.
